What happens after the 14-day trial?
On day 15 we charge the card you entered for the base plan plus any usage overage from the trial. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard before then and you won't be charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — switch plans any time via the customer portal. We'll prorate the difference on your next invoice.
What counts as a seat?
Any user with login access to your workspace, regardless of role. Deactivate ex-employees to drop the count.
When are reports counted toward my quota?
Only when a report's status flips to completed. Drafts and abandoned reports don't bill.
